I am truly blessed in so many ways. Not only do I get to live on California’s Central Coast, but I’m married to the love of my life and we have two beautiful children. Being a mom to two teenagers isn’t always easy, but there’s always something new!

I love to create. I always have. With family photography, I have the opportunity to create in new ways with each family. Making new props, designing sets and working with parents to see their vision come to life are all things that bring me real joy. When parents tell me what they envision for their photo session, my mind immediately starts creating ways to make that vision become a reality! I get so excited the second we start planning it all.

Kids bring this amazing, wonderful energy to the studio and the way their eyes light up when they see the set makes my heart happy. Fun fact…I went to school to be a teacher because I love kids so much! I taught preschool for a bit and absolutely loved it! Photography gives me the same joy with even more creative freedom. It’s the perfect balance for me.
